The design is apparently based upon work by Sean Frawley and Dan Getz while in high school. Their work is said to be based on a 19th century french invention.

Decided to go fast for the first mile. (inspired by Scott) Hit 34th at around 7:30 with a HR in the 160s. Not bad. Haven't sweated this much in a while.
Some knee tightness again, which, considering it's basically warm tonight, is really pissing me off. I was standing all day, but I need to take a good hard look at what's going on with this leg.
