iPhone: No local files in Safari
One of the first things I tried on Michelle’s iPhone was to use Safari to access the local file system. No dice, urls like file:/// yield this:

Likely because AT&T knows that instead of having to access the internet to run all those online iPhone apps through Safari, people could simply put on them on the phone itself. Think of all the lost data charges if that should happen. Oh dear!
