Announcing Joe's Filters for Final Cut Pro

Joe's Filters Bring New Effects and Advanced Imaging Controls To Final Cut Pro!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New York, NY -- August 8, 2001 -- Joe Maller is proud to announce the release of Joe's Filters for Final Cut Pro. The set of 12 filters include advanced tools and new effects which are useful to both professional and amateur digital editors. Designed by a Final Cut Pro user for Final Cut Pro users, Joe's Filters address common problems and bring improved imaging controls to the Final Cut Pro toolset.

Joe's Filters were created with FXScript, Final Cut Pro's native effects language. This means the filters work in the RGB or YUV color spaces and take advantage of all QuickTime and multiprocessor acceleration built into Final Cut Pro.

When asked about his filters and working with FXScript, Joe replied, "The inspiration behind Joe's Filters was my need to use them. FXScript allowed me to create some of the imaging tools that I've wanted for years."

Michael Horton, "HeadCutter" of the Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group said, "All in all this is a great package and well worth the money."

Joe's Filters can be purchased on the web at http://www.joemaller.com. A fully-functional trial set allows users to try Joe's Filters before buying them. The introductory price of $40 is available through September 15, the regular price is $55.
